• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of actual bookings.
• Check-in time is after 2:00 pm and check-out time is before 12.00 pm.
• The rates given are valid for Sri Lankan and Resident Visa holders only.
• Standard meals will be provided on the Set menu or Buffet (subject to availability) at the times
  • Breakfast     07:00 am     to            10:00 am
  • Lunch           12:00 pm     to           02.00 pm
  • Dinner          07:00 pm     to           10:00 pm
• Early Check-in & Late Check-out (Early Check-in and late Check-outs are subject to availability on payment)
• Late check-out
  • 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm : 50% of the room charge.
  • After at 6.00 pm : Full room charge.
• Child Policy
  • Children below 5 years of age are free of charge while sharing with paying parents
  • Children from 6 to 11 years old will be paying 50% adult meal charges
  • Children above 11 years old will be paying 100% adult meal charges
• Extra beds will be an additional charge of LKR 4000.00 net per night
• 10% discounts on selected Foods & beverages
• 10% discount on Spa Services
